Borusan İnsan is an internal platform of Borusan Group, used by more than 7,000 employees. As UX / UI Designer, we designed the experience end to end across 200+ screens.

Internal tools are used every day, so small frictions add up quickly. We focused on clear navigation, consistent patterns and flows that let employees get things done in fewer steps.
